Timeline spans eight to fourteen weeks depending on square metre count and revision rounds included in your fee tier.
Room-focused refresh
Single-room engagements address living rooms, kitchens, or bedrooms where clients need directional clarity without whole-home scope. We produce layout options, shopping lists with Göteborg retailer links, and colour palettes tested under north-facing light.
Room refreshes start at €1,950 including one on-site visit and two concept boards.
Joinery documentation
Built-in storage, window seats, and kitchen fronts receive detailed drawings with dimensions, material codes, and hardware specifications for local carpenters. We do not manufacture but inspect workshop samples when clients request quality assurance.
Joinery-only commissions require existing approved layout plans or a preliminary planning phase billed separately.
Lighting design
Our lighting specialist layers ambient, task, and accent circuits with control group recommendations compatible with common Swedish smart-home platforms. We avoid over-specifying decorative fixtures where standard architectural fittings achieve the same effect at lower cost.
Standalone lighting studies cost €1,280 for homes up to 120 square metres after survey.
Styling installation day
Final styling visits arrange art, textiles, and tabletop objects once construction dust settles. This optional day-rate service costs €680 and includes prop sourcing from studio inventory billed separately if items remain in your home.
Installation days schedule at least two weeks after contractor sign-off to allow paint curing and ventilation.
