Appointment policy
Studio visits require booking through [email protected] with project summary attached. Sample library access is included in first client meetings once mutual fit is confirmed.
On-site visits within Göteborg municipal boundaries incur no travel charge; Västra Götaland county travel bills at €0.55 per kilometre.
Response expectations
July and late December operate reduced hours with extended response windows communicated on our voicemail greeting. Emergency site issues for active projects use dedicated coordinator mobile numbers provided in contract appendices.
General website enquiries are not monitored outside standard business hours.
Accessibility
Our ground-floor meeting room accommodates wheelchair access via ramp entry from Kungsgatan courtyard. Notify us ahead if you require sign language interpretation; we arrange qualified interpreters at client cost.
Digital document delivery defaults to PDF; large-print formats available on request without fee.
