Data collected

Name, email, telephone, property addresses, project correspondence, site photographs, and invoicing details constitute primary categories. Website browsing does not create user profiles on our servers.

Employee applicants submit CV data processed separately when recruitment is active.

Legal bases

Contract performance, pre-contractual steps, legitimate interest in business administration, and legal obligations including bokföringslagen archiving drive most processing. Marketing uses consent where applicable.

Portfolio photography of interiors requires client consent before public display.

Sharing and retention

Accountants, IT hosts within EEA, and bound subcontractors may access necessary data. Project archives retain seven years. Marketing enquiries delete after eighteen months without conversion.

No sale of personal data occurs.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and complaint to Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten are available. We verify identity before disclosure.

Automated decision-making is not used in client selection.
